You should go through the post #5. RSS is actively involved in politics whereas Mandir or Masjid committee aren't.

Why don't You and other like-minded ppl file a case against RSS if they feel so. Btw I feel they are acting within their legal limits.

Some RSS members also supported Shi Sena when they fought BJP in Maharashtra.

It was illegal to participate in active politics until now but BJP's government has made it "legal" in Chattisgarh.... So yes it is "legal" now and I am questioning that....

So there are no government employees on their board? Are there explicit instructions from GOI or the state government that says they cannot be a part of the mosque committee? Dont be a hypocritical fool. Your arguments are ones of convenience.

Politics is not only a Right of ALL Indians, it is also our DUTY. That is how democracy works

If a company gives donation to a political party, they indulge in politics. If a media house favours a particular party, they indulge in politics, if a person devotes his time to advance their political beliefs they indulge in politics.

NGO, the name speaks for itself NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION.... So they supporting Modi or opposing shouldn't be a problem if they are not part of government. Did you get that?

Wrong Again. Govt. employees are very much allowed to take part in political affairs, they are not allowed to JOIN A POLITICAL PARTY.

However in 1966 the Congress govt. added a provision in the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules that a central govt. employee cannot be part of only two organizations i.e. RSS and Jamaat-e-Islami.

This twisted unfair rule is however NOT applicable to State Govt. Employees.

In Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh and now in Chhattisgarh state govt. employees are now allowed to join ALL non political organizations including the RSS.
