Pak military not involved in Libya’s turmoil, says FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Saturday refuted media reports circulating in the Arab media that Pakistan’s military was involved in the current turmoil in Libya.

Foreign Office spokesperson Tehmina Janjua emphatically stated that “these were mischievous and totally baseless.”

“There are no (Pakistan) military personnel stationed in Libya”, the spokesperson added.

Such rumors against Pakistan continue to circulate :
Today Afghan Intelligence Spokes man told reports that 90% terrorists come from Pakistan while remaining 10% Afghan terrorists are inspired from Pakistan.
Similarily , some people blame Intelligence agencies for misplaced persons in Balochistan.
The matter of fact is that these allegations are due to misconceptions.
These misconceptions should be removed through negotiations.
