Hamas neither confirms nor denies al-Qassam Brigades chief killed in Tuesday night strike, calls on Gazans to attend funeral of his wife, baby son.

Hamas has neither confirmed nor denied on Wednesday that the commander of its military wing was killed in a Tuesday night attack which claimed the life of his wife and son.

Izzat al-Risheq, one the group's political leaders, said Wednesday morning that "we have no choice but to struggle and to win." The security cabinet is expected to meet around noon in Tel Aviv.

Following the late night attack in Gaza, Palestinian sources reported three casualties: Mohammed Deif's 28-year-old wife and his eight-month son, as well as 18-year-old Ahmed Rabah al-Daulo.

Hamas called on members of the public to attend the funeral procession of Deif's wife and baby son, which will leave from the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Strip.

Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzouk charged on Wednesday after Gaza truce talks collapsed in a spasm of violence that Israel had targeted the group's armed wing leader Mohammed Deif in one of its air strikes on Tuesday in the coastal territory.

The IDF would not specify any of the targets of some 30 attacks across Gaza in response to rocket fire aimed at Israel. Marzouk said Israel had ruptured the truce alleging it was in order "to assassinate Mohammed Deif," but that civilians were killed at the site of the attack.

Hamas' military wing called on Israel to "reveal the real reason behind the cowardly act they committed when they bombed the home of the Dalou family" at the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.

A member of the Palestinian delegation in Cairo said the heavy barrage of rockets fired on Tuesday night was a response to the "massacre" at the al-Dalou home.

Slaughtering children and women

And these people moan and whinge about the Holocaust

They did this during the cease fire, the last hours of talks the Israeli delegation left Cairo. An hour later they fabricated a story of a rocket hitting an open field. Suddenly there was an attack an a home which killed 3. This shows you they gravely violated the cease fire to launch an assassination of a military leader. This is during the talks in which Palestinians agreed to the proposal 12 hours before that. So everyone thinks Israel wants peace, Israel rejected the deal and launch a targeted attack on a home with 6 heavy payload missiles.

Imagine if the Palestinians put a car bomb during the cease fire near Israeli Defense Minister's home and killed him during cease fire talks which are about to be finalized? The world and Israel would go crazy and say how dare you commit aggression. But, if they do it it is perfectly fine.

Even if he was martyred, he is no different than every child, woman and man killed in this Israeli assault and thousands will take his place.
