Replacing the whole system from F-16 is different from Intergrating equipment on F-16. By now , you shall know american behaviour. They will try imply it's permitting in the first place only to discover they will sanction you if you insist.Turkey is allowed to integrate NATO equipments on their F-16s. Now if the Nigerians like the jets they will probably buy a whole bunch more. Nigerians must have large sums of money stashed. Nigerians abroad remit about $20 billion USD a year. Big money.
a 100 JF-17s should be no problem for them.

Thats actually only an hour or two away from me where they took off from.
Training, maintenance, parts, etc makes it that high. The deal is around $185 million.. it can't be for just 3 JF-17s with their weapons.. or it will mean $60 million each!?
Looks like a first birth of a JF17 in Nigeria, may Nigeria have many more babies!
I'm not really sure what it does there, however it occasionally goes to Baltimore after a month or two or even more as i'm not too sure on the specifics.
27 Feb in a nutshell.BTW: It seems At least one of our Nigerian partners has decided the name for the JF-17 in the A2G role should be: “Thunder Strike”
All the Indian theatrics and propaganda against the JF-17, and in one fell swoop this delivery hits like a “Thunder Strike”
Then Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, All of Africa, Azerbaijan/other Central Asian states, Argentina/Latin America, Malaysia/SE Asia. Finally
