This is some sad sack low level hack working in some non-descript job in India and of course jealous beyond belief that 'Miyas' are getting developed. Probably an Assamese person (maybe that same other Assamese you guys have confronted before) because he used that same 'Miya' word which only Assamese use.

Idiot in one post says that Indonesia's high per capita income compared to BD is the reason for it's better credit rating.
In another he says BD credit rating will not rise once BD per capita income rises to what Indonesia is now.
