Better to have çonstrained launched Agni 1 And concentrate all other series towards China

Actually the missile is too narrow in its cross section to be fitted with multiple warheads into the payload section.

Yes, I think MIRV is not possible. Canistered version is one possibility.

It is Agni-1 or its derivative. Until more details come up it is difficult to say if it is working prototype or just a test bed.
