I have been reading conflicting reports on that. A few Western sources claim 2023 at earliest.

It will be a bloodbath if these stooges decide to hold elections in 2023. People won't tolerate this.

The new administration has reversed IK's subsidies already to make sure that the resulting loss in net revenue is not seen as a reason by credit agencies to reduce Pakistan's credit rating. This was the first step in Sri Lanka's flight to doom

You know that is a closer comparison than many realize

Um PMLN actually gutted our exports in their era and nearly defaulted us twice (in 90's and 2018)
