Sir,In Pakistan,anyone can be convicted on the basis of asset beyound means shit ,
If I'm earning 20k/month but living in a house worth of 20 million rupees ,I could be convicted as well under this law,as I inherited this house from my father and if u ask me to give money trail for that ,I would not be able to do that ,coz property was bought by my father not me,same happened in NS case.
Allah is watching all of us ,and almighty is the best judge..

You are trying to tell me that he is innocent or that if you inherit something you can be caught in this law?

Both of those proposition are wrong and misleading. If you receive inheritance than that can be traced back and proven from Government record let alone from personal information. However, if you are a prime minister of Pakistan or hold other government position such being CM or Finance minister or any other post and during that time your father builds up business without having any logical source of income than of course that inheritance is a problem and it should be a problem. It reeks of corruption.

Is he innocent? far from it? I know how trusts are used both legally and illegally.

I have heard this from many sources, but if true then Pakistan should take all what was looted from Pakistan in DOLLARS
