No bro, I haven't but But than whats the point of ToT? Its main point is absorbing technologies.

Let me try to explain that in a general manner to you. While TOT means "Transfer Of Technology"; it means TOT at different levels viz.:
1. To assemble from CKD/SKD kits
2. To build a few assemblies and then add them to other items of a KD kit
3. To build from raw materials

So it is critical what that TOT Agreement actually enumerated/ contained and also the level of Tech. that the Transferee has/ can create/ can absorb apart from how much the Transferor is willing to share/ transfer.

We need one of those guys on our side......
