This happened almost a decade ago, both countries blamed each other for the dangerous maneuvers but it all got busted when video (Not this one) from one of the sailors from PNS Babur got leaked over the internet and Pakistan Navy was embarrassed. It was established that it was initiated by PNS Babur and an inquiry was also set up by the Navy but it was all brushed under the carpet. If you watch that video, you can clearly see that PNS Babur approached INS Godavari aggressively and our sailors were chanting all the battle cries as if we were going to war. Disgraceful!
