The day pakistan falls into chaos with warlords/TTP/ISIS taking over it, will be the day the whole of the world will do a joint op mission to secure the nukes of Pakistan, lest they pose any danger to other nations of the world and then leave Pakistan the way it is after nukes are secured.

A near impossibility. They wont go off as a nuke, but they are very likely to still serve as dirty bombs in the event that the Pakistani state collapses and some of these weapons end up with a warlord or the like.

Agree with @Oscar in a worst case scenario, nukes will be moved to china or Iran or saudi , some may be given up to US voluntarily or under pressure or coercion.
But that is hopefully a distant possibility.

KPK and border baluchistan will always be a liability to pakistan.Nothing could be done to pacify those people in near future.We had such situation in kashmir in 1990's(early) and punjab after 84 riots but on a much smaller scale.
