What is strange is that the English media changed a little the story.
That's why i put the French informations about this.

1/ she was not wearing burqa
2/ the titles in France are "a fundamentalist muslim" like they say "a fundamentalist christian"
when it is a bout some fanatism
3/ they explain the guy said he was sorry
4/ they explain what happened : not punch at all, as written in english media
5/ they explain that he broke a door someone got the movment in her hand ... this nurse couldn't work for three days
she was not directly beaten by him

i wonder why ...
instead of taking the news from the serious French newspapers

guardian and co took the news from websites that transformed the story like many fascist websites

guardian really having a problem of doing a real job of journalism

I was talking about media in general.

Oh well, punching, kicking, raping, pillaging, etc. whatever. Muslim will always be marked for dead with whatever price on his head.

You are lying to yourself, I guess you know that. I have never heard a rape/murder story with muslim angle or where it is mentioned.
If the act is motivated by religion, it has to be mentioned. Nobody will understand random person blowing up without islamic context(or if it is in srilanka, tamil nationalism context).
If the attack was racially motivated, they will usually mention white guy or something. If it is by teenage gangs it will be mentioned so.
Newspapers have to make news items understandable in the context it happened, otherwise Gujrat riots would be described as just people killing each other.

But I agree, they dont need to write "muslim" guy in this news.

Did you notice your post, you replied to an inquiry "why is the title muslim man"; damn it! MUSLIM MAN JAILED, not woman jailed for burqa, where'd muslim wears burqa came from. Totally unrelated! where the frack is your mind or you mean to say all muslim men also wear burqa jeez the height of stupidity.
