Bureaucracy comes from people. If you wiped out people, same people will come again. Rather then wiping out anyone, lets start work on peoples mentality. People will change, everything will change.

its a good thinking but corrupt in power (which are all 100 percent of them)will not leave or change. they are like cancer in the body. must take them out and normal person like u and me should rise.. remember venezuela?

Well the thing is, Ayub Khan started that wiping out thing. He fired 3000, then Bhutto did almost the same. Every time some guys fired, worse people(who were more corrupt and incapability was a plus) replaced them.
No one looked at root cause. Nobody did long term planning, because everyone comes for short term.
In Pakistani ruling system, many things are missing. People talk about elections and or dictatorship. But many things can't be covered by neither Elections, nor martial law. They must be solved at peoples level.
I know those things, I have posted few threads on it as well, but cant do much. Many people like me have idea for betterment, but since we don't fit anywhere, we don't matter.
