If you believe it or not but whole believes that Mumbai 26/11 attack was orchestrated from Karachi and ISI was complicit in it. At least you have admitted that your people were involved and that shows some sanity from your end.

Now if you act or not is dependent on how mature your people are towards cross border terrorism.

World is watching your actions and they have no patience for terrorist sympathisers be it your people, govt. or ISI.

There is difference between in prison for crime or detained (in house or somewhere else) to maintain order. He is currently detained just like sometime governments detain political leaders to avoid protests/rallies etc.

2. which law of pak allow this ?
3. is your HC and SC of pak allow it.?
4.how many people avial this facility
5. so govt is wrong putting innocent pak natioanlist in jail.. is it not unjustice to lakshivu fundamental right to remain free ?
6. BBC is wrong and prokjecting BAD image of pak .. so are yuou and pak govt ok with seems to false propegenda by bBC?

I enjoy how innocent you are Lakhvi and Masood Azhar and Hafiz Salahuddin are ISI men they do nothing until ISI orders them and in my view ISI is doing right thing

1, 2, 3, 4 are invalid as he is not jailed for any crime but detained under "Maintenance of Public Order act", this act give administration some power to restrict movement of someone as preemptive measure to maintain order. (Which actually is not logical in his case and he will get court verdict in his favor on this as well) and this i tried to explain in previous posts, if you still can't understand than don't waste my time by quoting me.

5. Yes - As per law he should be free as there are not enough evidences to prove him guilty that's why he got bailed from courts.

6. Dig history, BBC also published lot of things over Modi's role in Gujarat massacre, if you hold BBC reports as universal truth than believe on those reports as well.


PS: I don't care Lakhvi was involved in Mumbai attack or not, I just want all trouble making Mullahs dead.

and MPO act allow any one detain under said act would be free to avial said facility right
