You must be a big fan of Musharraf. I heard him repeat a similar argument on TV yesterday. Whether you agree or not the fact simply is that the international community is closely looking at how Pakistan will deal with the sanctuaries of terrorism within Pakistan after the barbaric Peshawar incident. If that doesn't create pressure on the Pakistan government to act then I don't know what will.

As per Fawad Choudhry, case against Lakhvi is weak and it will be hard to keep him under detention unless more evidence is provided - or he will have to be kept under similar law.

We have rejected Indian pressure before. This is govt taking action again after his bail. Its a positive sign from govt that they want to implement the policy of prosecuting terrorists indiscriminately.

No one wants to defend terrorists if they are proven involved in 26/11.

I believe that the Pakistani authorities were provided with the recordings of the calls between the terrorists and their handlers. They were also provided with confessions from the captured terrorist as well as other evidence they could get their hands on.

The operations were planned in Pakistan, the alleged training happened in Pakistan, the trainers, the planners the handlers were all in Pakistan. India doesn't have access to these places or to Pakistani nationals in Pakistan. It was the responsibility of the Pakistani authorities to gather further information against these people who have committed these acts but it seems they have been unwilling to act against them. Many people think that the Pakistanis don't act against them because these guys are supported by the Pakistani establishment.

Sacrifices of 132 children has united Pakistan like never in fight against Terrorism at the same time whole world including India has sympathies about Pain of Pakistani sufferance by hands of Terrorists. Sacrifices of Those innocent children should not be let down by Lakhvi type of people.

Though I don't agree with out of the court settlements but desperate times needs desperate actions.

Pakistan can realize it's potential when all type of terrorists organisations cleansed from face of Pakistani land.
