blashphemy laws in the current form are anyways dumb in 2011. but at the same time it does not give anyone right to insult religious sentiments not just biased to a single religon. and charring people for life for just tearing down a poster or throwing away a biz card can never be justified. firstly it should be sane iota for the law and i guess just the financial penalties would do fine.
