It doesnt matter because our Govt. Agencies arent able to Find the real Culprit that is why International Investigation has been demanded. Last time when UN Investigators were Investigating BB Case the Money was Provided by Govt. and so was Investigation of Rafiq Hariri. The same rule Apply here as well.

BB's assassination was a high profile case, whereas this on the other hand is plain and simple case of criminal negligence and murder

Baldia Town was also High Profile case as the Casualties were above 200. In BB's case their was Criminal Negligence in terms of Security as well that is why Gun Men reached the venue with ease so in the end of the day both cases are High Profile and Justice should be Served with Credibility.
