I dont Think so because for UK they are an Assets as CIA had OUTSOURCED Karachi Based Intelligence to MI6 whom have been using MQM. They wont let them die that easily unless they have got some Backup. The International Community stuff would Keep Army at Low Profile in going against them buying them some time to Work things out and to get the dust Settled.
