They refused to sell AL-41F3 engine & Zuk Aesa Radar to China & They even refused to upgrade Chinese SU-30s that's why China purchased SU-35.
But Russia is requesting India to buy Same Engine & Radar for SU-30 but India refused to buy the same & Now Planning to use Drdo Radar.
Russia offered same AL-41F3 engine for AMCA but India isn't interested in Russian Engine.
There are various products they refuse to sell to China but Agree to sell it to India from Nuclear Sub to Tu-160 Bomber.
Russians are even ready to transfer Heavy rocket tech to DRDO.

Nothing is ever going to be given to India. India is the largest imported of poor quality defense related equipment. They couldn't make a ball bearing themselves hence the reason for Russia to offer lip service. Lets not upset a push button customer that will buy any shit we make that no one wants is their philosophy.
India for years - has been a dumping ground for Russian abstract products - why should Russia turn down the opportunity to sell some crap to you? However dont mistake "client" for a "friend in the region" - India has no or limited friends.
