The ones you are calling "natives" are killing on daily basis more locals,muslims,christians etc. than France ever did since it intervened in the region since 2013. Terrorists ranks are full of foreign fighters,coming from Magreb,also from Syria and Iraq,all the latest assaults against local armies are lead by light skinned men speaking arabic.
