You are definitely wrong & it was most definitely Gandhi who said it.
The aircraft pakistan was planning to buy in order to counter mmrca was some 36 j10b on soft loans, not fc-20.

China's challenge would be to give Pakistan stealth fighter (maybe for free) before india takes delivery of its export variant of PAK-FA. We can give Pakistan something like a super-budget J-20 with single engine.

i know right, how dare we take our time to BUY something with our own money.

what you want us to have MRCA because u ll be getting FC-20's?Im talking about MMRCA !
well never mind FC-20 has to come anyway, its not bound to your decision but if you had chosen your MMRCA earlier then we could get FC-20 by 2013.
You made it late.![]()

Bhartis are not thinking to pay in full.. they are trying to get tech. transfer plus 126 a/c for $8-10billion.
To achieve this bhartis need to assure US that they can replace US in Afghanistan to counter Pakistan.
lol you are reminding me US which did the same to pakistan....China's challenge would be to give Pakistan stealth fighter (maybe for free) before india takes delivery of its export variant of PAK-FA. We can give Pakistan something like a super-budget J-20 with single engine.
