Both articles are very damaging for the AL.

How so? Can you elaborate?

How many people in Bd aware about this factious article and how many believe in such accusation knowing the fact that there too many dumb *** fools live in BD. I am not so sure Awami will be thrown out from power anytime soon unless you know something. ;)
 
Its a blog for gods sake. We don't take those things seriously. And we all know Economist is very anti-india. So no point discussing it.

Until now The Economist was very much pro-Indian and the articles are less concerned with India than with AL policy towards India.

I do not suggest a change is imminent but people are extremely angry for various reasons. The articles are damaging not only because of the contents but the number of people who are clicking on the Facebook like icon. For the first article (Embraceable You) 3000+ have done this and for the second article (Misusing the Past) 400+ have clicked on the like button already. I have been following The Economist articles on Bangladesh for the last several years and have never seen this level of participation before.
