Kashmiris whether they want to be a part of Pakistan or self-rule must be allowed to make the decision for themselves.

Pakistan has created the problem-reaction-solution scenario to draw the Indian Army to sit in Kashmir, to justify its stance against India and they did this by fueling state sponsored Jihad Mujahids into INdian Kashmir, full well knowing that would draw the army to come there and innocents will suffer, and using that as a tool to fuel a fakely generated oppression of muslims by India. Before the 80′s, when Pakistan was not fueling low-level proxy wars into India, Kashmir was not an issue.

I think Kashmir is crying out for a vote by KASHMIRI people. Anyone with balls would suggest this format.

RazPak, Windzammer and Super Kaif, you guys are agree with this post. Yes we are ready to go for plebisit, But for that there are few preconditions.
1. Under UN resolution there are few provision for Kashmir issue.
a) Pakistani forces will leave Kashmir (So first you move out or Other side of kashmir)
2. Kashmiri Pundits should brought back to vally (Anupanm kher, Suresh Raina and others).

The voting will be done by all Kashmires not only Muslims, so if these two condition will met, India will go for plebisit. Kashmir is not paternal property of Muslims, Kashmiri Hindus (Sikhs and Boudhs) too have right to vote for plebisit.
