Mexico has paid $16m compensation to China Railways for cancelled contract

Bombardier will be taking over. They have already worked with Mexico before and it saves them a good amount of cash thanks to NAFTA (free trade agreement between mex-usa-can)

China(and Russia) should never bother invest its hard-earned money in countries which are basically USA colonies.In such countries USA corporations and generally speaking any West ones will always have upper hand.In such countries West interests will always have priority. Local quislings will make sure of it.Investment,new jobs for population,national interest mean nothing for them.Contract was cancelled by order despite all of the weasel talk.

That's true to some extent. The US will make countries under its control sacrifice their own national interest if it means advancing or maintaining US hegemony. For example, the US prevented a lot of its allies, notably Australia, from joining in China's Asian development bank and the US pressured European countries to sanction Russia, hurting both Europe and Russia.

But China has to work with everybody, regardless of the hard geopolitical conditions. If the odds are against China, turn them in favor of China. Shying away is no good, I guess, but being 2X cautious is advisable.

Its a fare deal....Mexico should not have cancelled the deal...Each nation should not impose their own domestic situation on the foreign vendor..Because China is not responsible for the illegal thing that has happened in the bidding..Vendor ususally follow the process of each nation rather than creating something of its own...
