Yes a bit late but but still need them for keeping law and order in tribal areas. we can always use them for FC would be big step forwarded for FC in those harsh areas.

All the military hardware in Afghanistan should be confiscated by Pakistan Army otherwise we could face situation like that is taking place now in Syria and Iraq border

I think this may not be possible even if USA decides to leave them behind. Afghanistan would like to have those for their armed forces and will not allow your armed forces to have your hands on them. That is what is logical too. What ever has been left in Afghanistan will be taken over by that country.
