Water supply for hanoi population is directly connected to Song Da dam. However water of Red river in Hanoi is included all water of 3 rivers in North Vietnam: Song Chay, Song Da and Song Lo. Such rivers collected all water from Highland territory of North Vietnam.

Our water supply in fact does not depend on the water part which flow from China.
