Jan Dhana Yojna is not state specific right? This policy is driven by Central govt and provided to entire nation..........

This is a promise given by a political party to a state...... Now that political party (now Delhi govt) will have to find its way to raise the money........

If what PM does is ok (Gas subsidy), then why not CM?
PM works for nation, while CM works for state.

Delhi was on central dole from the day one.
Why the problem now?

Why is center for all states and UTs but not Delhi?
