First she screwed the development projects of Buddhadeb and Singur.Now she also screwed
this project.

It's called being smart. Building a Hindu Bhavan will lose him Secular Hindu and Christian and Muslim votes. Building a Christian Bhavan gains him Secular Hindu, and Christian votes. That is close to 35% of the electorate at least. If he can get another 5% from Muslims and the rest of the fence sitters - he gets an absolute majority.

our cm is busy in promising to roll out a building in every meet that he attends - christian bhavan , banjara bhavan , komaram bheem bhavan . i dnt understand what will be the use of these buildings ??

I don't know what is the use of those buildings either,He is turning out to be another Mamata Banerjee.Let's hope sanity prevails and he stops such things.
