That is because povert no free education and lack off proper government schools other wise every one wants to send there children weather boys and girls to school

You need to live through a communal riot to know what it is in reality. The gujarat riots were controlled within 3 days which is a feat. No amount of police force can control tens of thousands of charged up mobs from both sides. To tell you a fact mumbai riotsin 93 was way more brutal than the 2 day gujarat affair.

I would commend modi ji for bringing state con troll within 3 days.

I see no reason to blame Modi for it.
