She did clarify that noon was on the next line, and she did pronounced it. So why only first part of the world was shown in the doctored video. I could have understand that if she said the expletive only and didn't pronounced the noon.

It wasnt an edited video, it was a slip of tongue. Probably uploaded by her own crew and now here she is explaining something that happened years ago, forgotten and buried.
