SP government has announced a number of infra projects recently including expressway from Agra to Balia, but considering how administration works in UP, i have my doubts. More-over how is all this going to be funded remains to be seen more so when SP government in state is at loggerheads with Central government.

couple of candidates right now, but no one is strong now. I think we must wait till end of year when election activities gain momentum and see who actually leads BJP's campaign.
