London Sikhs Lead Fightback Against Riots

i see it as medival and un practical atleast in criminal cases..Heck how the hell is a Women a raped victim is asked to show 3 male/6 female as proof who saw her getting raped by the rapist?? do u think 3 men will stop over and watch a women get raped if yes how do they call them men?? there are many such fu(ked up things.. sharia is basically a tool for a few powerful men to control the society by their rules

Again this is part of propaganda where one case of many in Saudi Arabia was made this way and it was made into a big fuss by saudi media itself that got the Judge fired into something that is part of Sharia Law.
If a woman is raped all the necessary testing by doctors and such will be carried out on the victim DNA samples taken and evidence recorded Sharia is not against the time but it moves with it. But propaganda have made you believe what you believe now. And it is all due to one Judge's mistake "They caught him taking a bribe" that all over the world what you said is part of Sharia.

Now if you have any more question i will be here.

What is wrong with you people, always quibbling

Learn to respect each others system, law, culture. If the law in Saudi works for citizens of Saudi Arabia, outsiders shouldn't have any issues with it.

Will your Police go soft if a group of people start protesting against your King peacefully.

That is political freedom which the UK have and KSA might not have, but in case of tackling crimes i think the UK is as soft as sponge, they need to get alot tougher, this is the public demand. There will be alot of debates after these protests and riots are calmed down, although Saudi System is tough and i like it, but there are cases that goes too far in KSA system.

Well I already knew this but it has been confirmed to me here is that ALMOST EVERYBODY in the world have been fed nothing but lies about Saudi Arabia that to some degree pisses me off. Our media doing what media does "making a fuss about unusual things" instead is taken by the rest of the world to make it appear as if that unusual thing is the normal thing happening.

Not to mention all the lies that follows after it painting us as barbaric hoodlums incapable of simple calculus but if anything that made us more than ever determined to prove to the world what we are and what we are capable of doing. All I am saying is wait till 2020 and what Saudi Arabia will become by then.

And unusual things is common in every country but here in Saudi Arabia they are presented to the world as the natural law and order.

Well, there was a case that i dont call it unusual. A friend of mine's cousin used to live in Saudi Arabia, that person was badly bullied for a long period of time by a group of other people, both mentally and physically, one day he couldnt handle all those abuses and lost the control and stabbed one of the bullies and killed him. That person was tried and hanged, i dont think hunging him was the right thing to do. On the other hand, in the UK, you go and kill somebody, you wont get more than 8 years ---->maximum and you know what, that 8 years will be cut into half, in reality they spend 4 years for taking somebody's life, i think we are talking about 2 extremes in here.

damn again saudi bashing is high .just for while look rape rate per-100 in saudi and india first .lolz and were we can read rape capital type news ?

and there is another thing, what if somebody is caught with drugs which not his fault, he will be hanged too.

Drugs quantity will determine if it is trafficking or personnel use (There is a hospital in my city that I did 3 months training in it was a rehab clinic sort to speak all of the people there get the rehabilitation and get out and most of them were caught in raids they were not hanged obviously)

But Drug trafficking has the "Qasas" ruling which is I also agree very harsh but it keeps drugs very low. While in the rest of the world the war on drugs is almost lost here it is almost won. Its increase is declining sharply and the hospital has fewer patients than it did the doctors there told me.

"Qasas" is carried out against anyone who commits murder and was proven that it was deliberate and with planning. No "Qasas" is carried out without a psychiatrists council briefing have been carried out and all of them must agree that he is of full mental health. If anyone of the six says he is not further investigation is carried out and the murderer must confess of the crime and react it for the "Qasas" to be carried out.

Also not all murderers get the "Qasas" ruling if the victims family forgives the murderer then the Qasas will not be carried out.
