Just saying the number of non chinese is almost negligible. Meeting a foreigner on a public street in China is probably rarer than meeting a Eskimos in Germany.

haha, Guangzhou used to be such a dumpster of a city back in nineties, especially suburbs. Even just like 15-10 years ago, it was nothing like it is now.

I agree. I went to Guangzhou a long time ago and it was a dump. The change is mind blowing.
