If it was not at a Zebra Crossing, it would be justified the girl felt grateful for the graciousness of the driver.
Instead I am disheartened that the driver is NOT driving at an appropriate slow speed when reaching a Zebra Crossing.
The girl should curse the driver for speeding and startling her.

Maybe the driver didn't see that girl coming first, anyway I agree that girl doesnt have to do it but this little girl's gesture is heartwarming indeed.

My initial response is anger at the driver.
More driver education is required as is the case in Singapore as well.
We SHOULD always drive slow and extra vigilant at Zebra Crossings especially there are those kids that will suddenly appear on their PMDs.
Driver is at fault, no doubt.

Sorry, girl shouldn't reward bad driving with heartwarming gesture.

Lol yeah apparently it is in China. It's actually very common in Japan. If it's a zebra crossing, I usually nod my head/smile/wave too to gesture my thanks to the driver.

Nice videos .

Here in the US, the driver not stopping for pedestrians at the crossing would get a ticket. Is it not that way yet in China and the rest of Asia.

China experienced a society meltdown for the last almost a hundred of years. From the end of Qing dynasty, Japanese invasion up to Cultural Revolution.

I think it's good to have a stability and development to rebuild the society and civilization.
