He is right about article 14 - Equality of Equals.
For eg, a MP can't be arrested for anything said in parliament. He/She enjoys total freedom of speech in parliament.

But an average citizen does not enjoy total freedom of speech.

Most Muslims of north india today and before were also hinndu converts of all castes. Awadh, bhojpur or rohilla were always minority.
