Stripped of anything useful. Even the armor is stripped down. Only useful for protecting against Cocktail Molotov and BB Guns. In short only useful against school kids.

The only thing Hezbollah may do with this is probably upgrade its armor and put a weapon on it and made something some what useful out of these nonsense and gave them back to Lebanon army.
