Even if Russia gets offended by it?

Didn't the exact same NSA bots say that the deal was a loss for China and now that unfree countries are getting blackmailed and threatened into a EU-loses-US-wins situation by the US regime and announce some delay to virtue signal until the US regime stops fuming, suddenly losing the loss is a loss too? 😂

Awesome. Now European companies have no legal protection in China beyond to the minimum entitled by law.

Yes, China can continue to steal IP's, congrats on getting back to keeping that character trait ongoing.

However, while the Chinese will always be infamous for stealing IPs, this EU deal would have been a huge huge boost to china's revenue, market share, and unfettered access into rich European/purchasing power countries. This is a big shock to Winnie's wolf Warrior and global domination strategy

And remember, the assets of several Chinese companies remain in the EU and in the west. A EU or US court decision would mean those assets and revenues can be seized. :meeting:
the deal benefitted the eu more than China. Who cares. They can chimp out if they want.

LOL, China getting unfretted access to all of the rich EU countries benefited EU more? Why is it that, EU sells cheap goods to flood Chinese markets?

The biggest warning about not doing business in China came from the H&M scandal in China. The world saw how the government prodded its people to not buy their products, over an expression of an opinion. Foreign companies and brands risk their operations in China if they are a company where social responsibility matters.

EXACTLY! It would've allowed european businesses to make their goods more competitive with China's help but alas...they not only shot themselves in their own @ss, they actually put the barrel of gun deep inside their corporation's bungholes and then pulled the trigger! 🤦‍♂️

LOL, what? You have packed a whole lot of wishful business economics in that statement.

How would it help European business by asking China for help, and what does 'with china's help' mean?
Is it like they would all line up outside the Chinese embassy and ask for their factories to be moved to China for cheap labor?

I'd love to read your example of EU business being more competitive by asking for China's help.
:yes4:

china earned it fair and square actually had to graft lower than animal to get to the level of Europe now eu cant take it the yellow Chinese has caught up so excuses after excuses.

Hmm.. I thought this deal, had it gone through, would actually benefit European companies more rather than China.. iirc among others are more market access, better IP protection, no longer required to partner with local companies, etc... even some local Chinese companies / SOEs had voiced their concerns about this deal..
Yup it was designed to make them pissed US off by giving them the 'same' treatment as US companies but it seems they are giving up their interest for the sake of becoming a poodle.... There goes EU sovereignty, France and Germany were the biggest supporters but ultimately EU is divided.

Frankly you don’t know what you’re talking about. Btw the Chinese market and economy is now bigger than the eu

The EU-China Investment Agreement is more beneficial to Europe. China hopes that the EU will not fully fall to the United States, so it has made some concessions. The United States exchanges Nord Stream 2 for the EU to abandon the EU-China Investment Agreement, although the United States does not want Russia and Europe to come closer.

The current situation of China's economy is better than expected at the time, and it will be increasingly difficult for the United States to organize an anti-China alliance.
