yes our civil and mil leadership is warning about it since last Aug.

They aren’t warning, they are panicking. Economy is weak and these Iron Brother and Muslim brother support is conditional and doubtful.

Not happening as india doesn't have the power, capability or courage to take on the Pakistan military. india is FAR too weak to take us on. Unless Pakistan sends 40,000 PA troops more than 3000 kms away from Pakistan and cuts them off from the Pakistani mainland, then asks them to fight 700,000 indian troops backed up by 1 million bangladeshi militia men, india stands NO chance against the Pakistan Armed Forces.

Nearly 3-5 lakh territorial Army soldiers ( Trained every year)
And Approx 3.5 Million Paramilitary & Reserve Police( same as Paramilitary) who have similar training as Army & they mostly serve together except the CISF.
Will you guys be able to take on a 5.5 Million large force ( Excluding the important deployment in Countryside).

Impossible.

The disengagement by the PLA is seen (rightly) as a successful outcome for India, given the circumstances.

The RSS Govt is not going to face a challenging public perception to force its hand.


IF it comes to war, you can expect to rout the Army in less than 2 weeks of open combat.

But the Pakistani armed forces have again delayed playing its hand.


About 50% of the strength of the PA is sufficient to defend against Indian strikes.

In offence you will probably need to mobilise some paramilitary/militia.

Till then India will add atleast 110 fighter jets for IAF & 20-30 to IN, 40-50 Combat Helos, 22 ASW Helos, 50-60 transport Helos, 5-6 more P8Is, two Nuke subs, 1 more Aircraft Carrier, 2-4 diesel subs & 1-2 destroyers, 1-2 Frigates & few 100 Artillery guns to it's Inventory.
