That may be the case in the past but now it has changed and by the way this gap of minimum two years can be achieved through involving religious people. In fact if a good scholar is handed over the govt, he can fix most of the issues our nation is facing within months. People follow religion since they love it and all attempts to dissuade them from the libtatties in the government have failed.

Eastern Europeans did pretty smart - they supported armed anti-state coup "Maidan" in Ukraine. Those Maidan ruined our economy, destroyed our industry. Millions of Ukrainians have no job here. So they are moving to Poland, Czech republic and fill the shortage of labor force there.
Do not be so arrogant about Eastern Europe - it is quite developed place second only to Western World. Surely it is not some African-sort shithole like some people think.

I think i read somewhere that Russia has reversed the trend of population decline? Is this true? Other E. European countries with the right incentives for potential parents could also do the same.
