Why Islam take back seat here, Why not ask Allah to increase your revenue so that you can afford things instead of begging for freebies and subsidize?

Relation of citizen with state is two-way street, citizen also have obligation towards state - paying taxes so that state can provide services, abiding by law, electing honest people to run state are most basic and critical obligation of citizen towards state.

That may be the case in the past but now it has changed and by the way this gap of minimum two years can be achieved through involving religious people. In fact if a good scholar is handed over the govt, he can fix most of the issues our nation is facing within months. People follow religion since they love it and all attempts to dissuade them from the libtatties in the government have failed.

Eastern Europe has definately caught up or is nearly there. I remember visiting after the iron curtain fell....desperate times in those days, extreme poverty ....so it’s amazing how far they’v come
