Yes, but the fact remains the same, all of them said the same thing about 26/11, so if the statements about 26/11 are the basis of treason, then why not try all of them including NS, IK, Musharraf, Gen Durrani, Rehman Malik under article 6, i mean set an example for everyone.

And Indians bringing 26/11, pulwama etc. in yadav case is exposing them, cuz they have no arguments to counter Pakistan's solid evidence, such moves are weakening their case.

IK at the time was not holding any office neither had been on one ever? He was just an individual. I am not defending IK but the thing is your opinion starts to hold more weight when you are a 3 time Prime minister. You cant compare that to IK which is why its nawaz statement being quoted and not of the 3 gents your mentioned above.

When NS gave that statement, he was also not holding the office, plus when 26/11 happened, Ns was not in the office, like Imran Khan right.
