Yes, Kerala needs to ban alcohol( its high time!) reason being that these days any party is incomplete without alcohol, soon keralites would not mind consuming alcohol during religious functions too.(just being sarcastic!)

One of my v ery close friend's mom expired.... and i rushed to his house, which was about 5 hours from my place, and reached in the night..... by the time i reached the body was kept in mortuary..... when i reached his place He offered me drink in his car, as he and his friends were drinking..... I was like .......

Every celebration in kerala is with liquor.....

do it in UP/Bihar, tourism sector ko to baksh do, even the Emiratis have stuff like this:

I have no personal anger against alcohol. I drink myself. Occasionally. My opposition to beef ban on the other hand is a matter of personal faith.
Secondly and more importantly, alcohol abuse in UP Bihar is far far less than that in Kerala. So no issues.
