What does he want to talk anyway? That we donate it to him? Not happening.

Then what else is there?

Water sharing? Pakistan's own interior minister mentioned that water crisis is due to their own mismanagement and nothing to do with us violating the accord.

ask yourself, you know the answer is no.

So what do you want as solution? Apart from converting LOC to IB there is no other feasible solution.

Exactly!! There is a huge difference in expectations from talks between India and Pakistan!

When Indian Government calls for talks, it is mostly to internationalize the LoC to a recognized International Border (perhaps even with small give & takes here and there)!

When Pakistanis come for talks, it seems they expect India give them Kashmir on a platter or to make India hold referendum in J&K (the result of which, they calculate, will be in their favor anyway!!).

So for all practical purposes, Indians should read "Pakistan's call for Kashmir Discussion" as "Pakistan's demand for handing Kashmir to them on a platter discussion"!

No wonder the talks keep failing, as they should!!
