Don't see many parks and natural reserves. This is another concrete jungle of Karachi with no green spaces.

Karachi resources will be used to maintain such private housing while karachi itself is in very bad condition, so Karachi will suffer because of this. K4 water project has been diverted to Behria town and DHA city already. Karachi sewerage will also be insufficient to handle this load. Zardari and establishment has big stakes in this project.

i think sindh govt deliberately keeping karachi dark so that people ask govt to handover city most of land to bahria town like private societies and govt officials earn huge commissions through agreement with owners of such private housing societies

Hand over rest of empty land to DHA and Bahria in Karachi otherwise soon it will become shanty town.

MQM is responsible for karachi and PPP too cant blame one more than other. Bahria Town gives positive image to pakistan having such advanced and secure city in pakistan. a good investment. Karachi sadly cannot be compared to Bahria town in terms of affordability and having a greater lifestyle. Karachi is sadly now a mess.
