The end result of extreme corruption is poverty and hunger. Thar is facing it. 500 kids died of hunger. If we follow Islamic traditions then govt is responsible and should be charged with murder.

Yes, but the real power of the law will comes when it is applied to others types of corruption, and then the real fun will start.
If that includes every type of corruption then the milk sellers heads will be on spike for diluting milk with water. 90% of Parliament will be sentenced for death for murder, bribes, rape, fornication, adultery and gambling.
