What China needs is a propaganda campaign that can stir people's heart and mind. Make them lean to China rather than western camp. Japan is an excellent example for this. They used anime, children shows and p*rn to stir other country youngsters mind. And it's work. Now, who hate Japan for their crime in World War 2? In many countries, only the old people who saw the reality of world war 2 will hate Japan. But the young generation will praise them like hero. Just because their mind are full of Anime like Dragon Balls and beautiful Japanese p*rn actress.

Also, China needs to learn how to use their adversaries weakness as a weapon. Learn from US. Countries tend to have weakness. They have also social problem, disagreement, even rebellion within their countries. China needs to learn how to use these weakness to counter US strategy. For example Indonesia. Australia and US use Papua as hostage against Indonesia government. So China need to find away to counter this US strategy to release Indonesia from this threat. To make Indonesian grateful to them.

Plus, China needs to use people who life depend on business with China as a foothold for their support. China did some blunder with Aussie, by giving people whose business depend on China a suffering.
