Afghanistan need to develop into modern society before it can have an airfoce to fly and maintain a modern fighter. It will take a minimum of 10 years of constant efforts to transform Afghanistan into modern nation then we can talk about these things

Because the new Afghan state has yet to prove that it would adhere to international norms of cooperation and diplomacy. Once the new Afghan state has been integrated into the international community via economic and strategic relations, and it proves itself sufficiently cooperative and dependable, Pakistan can help develop the new air force. For now, no new government, whether exclusively Taliban or comprising a coalition, can be trusted with weapons which can be used as leverage against Pakistan.

There are safer and more lucrative opportunities for Afghan-Pak cooperation.

I would like to add another important fact that Afghans need to accept durand line as a permanent border before they can expect better relations with Pakistan. Unless this old issue is not solved, Pakistan should keep her guard up.

Because JF17 only needs to consume oil, while LCA needs to consume pilots. Taliban pilots are too few to afford.

I think only superpowers can afford the consume of such quality aircraft.

What if sharks had money would they buy jf from pakistan? Pakistan barely had 5 to 10 percent technical contribution and they own it as if they invented the dam plane.

Don’t count on it. Pakistan has trained Taleban pilots in the past. Their cadets might already be in our academies. Taliban officials were present at the last PMA passing out parade.

Not yet. Right now they should focus on rebuilding their country. Part of the defence, Pakistan can assist with rebuilding the IEA AF with trainer aircraft and giving special seats for Afghan cadets. We have a long way to go to change the perception of Aghanis about Pakistanis...its going to be long road and uphill too on that one.

However, China and Pakistan can offer airspace protection by flying their aircraft within Pakistani borders but to safeguard the Afghan airspace. The reason being is that the IEA is probably going to still hit by drone strikes by the US or an occasional cruise missile. etc.

So, this is where Pakistan and China can safeguard its airspace till it has the right tools and platforms for that. Also, Pakistan should aid Afghanistan in its acquisition of fighters, when the time is right, and present options while putting its own the table. However, it should honestly recommend the best fit aircraft that would meet its needs.
