I copied and pasted as this is the right thread and exactly for the discussion you are bringing into play.This is an extremely misinformative comment. You are withholding key information here: The J-11B beat two Thunders after several rounds. This shows issues related to pilot fatigue after many engagements rather than any inferiority of Thunder. You, as a title holder, should know better.

However we have nothing to say the JF-17 pilots were more tired than the J-11 guys. All things being equal, I expected the J-11 to tire before the 2 JF-17s.
Personally I still expected the J-11 to be superior even by design so the result is not as unexpected.
Added a bit more to the post. Please see if you can add the details of what it took the J-11 to win and whatever else you can findTwo points. First, we need to make sure the facts are correct. The fact being that 1 J-11 beat 2 Thunders after several rounds of combat. It would be most kind of you if you could update your comment to reflect this.
Next, we should not let personal biases come in the way of analyzing facts. You may think that J-11B is better designed, but unless you can present solid evidence, it is only an opinion.
For the record, I believe that Thunder is better designed for the following reasons:
1. Smaller size leads to reduced RCS.
2. Smaller size means that for the same speed and same maneuver, the Thunder pilot experience lower Gs than Flanker.
3. In Thunder, Russian inputs have been used to reduce heat and noise signatures.
4. The AEWAC + Thunder combination improves the stealthy aspect.

Su 30 is a multi-role aircraft while J11, derived from Su 27, is dedicated for air supremacy.So that means Su 30 is going to be hell for jf17 ?
