Ask any Chinese person who they would prefer on the UNSC, Japan or India.

If Japan tries for the UNSC they will be vetoed. Nothing against the Japanese people in particular, but the Japanese government is essentially in the pocket of the USA. Combine that with anger over historical war crimes, and you've got a recipe for disaster.

Because of China's presence, it prevents India to annex its neignbors like Pakistan/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nepal/Bhutan which is against their wish.

If India wanted to annex its neighbors, we would have done so long ago. We had numerous opportunities: 1971 war, Tamil insurgency in Sri Lanka, anti-monarchy revolution in Nepal...

The problem is, the Indian leadership is starting to increasingly see South Asia as its own backyard (and about time too). Would you be alright if India starts giving billions of dollars worth of military equipment to Taiwan, publicly supports Uighur seperatists, and claims parts of Tibet as its own territory? Well, that's the effect that China's policies are having on India, and unless both countries adopt the "I won't touch yours, you don't touch mine" approach, the future of Sino-Indian relations seems rather bleak. Which is unfortunate, because I would love to see China and India become allies.

Xinjiang and Tibet are legitimate Chinese territories, but other South Asian coutries aren't India's legitimate territories.

China didn't launch any Anti-India campaign, we merely make free trade and help them to lift their economy. What's wrong with that?

If Pakistan/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nepal/Bhutan are all willing to unify with India, then i don't see that China has any reason to intervene it.

These Chinese political actions regarding India, are simply a geopolitical means to counter the fact that India hosts the Tibetan government in exile. This is seen as a "political chip" that might be used in the future.

I admit that there is absolutely no evidence of India helping any separatist movements in China, but still we need to hedge against risk.

We don't know which political party will next be voted into the Indian government, and what their stance on Tibet might be. For all we know, the next Indian government could decide to start using the Tibetan government in exile against us, though I think it is very unlikely.

The situation now is fairly balanced, so I think cooperation is still the optimum solution here. The more communication there is, the better we will all get along.

Before 1947, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh were all one country, while Xinjiang and Tibet only became de facto part of China in the 50s.
