How old are those JSDAF F-15s?

The F-15s flown by Japan are produced under license by Mitsubishi and known as the Mitsubishi F-15J

They were first inducted in 1981

Japanese won't be too enthusiastic in major changes especially in their current condition. Besides, their F-15s are spanking new from the way they seem to appear.
